Treasured Housing Foundation is a St. George, Utah 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 41-2780125) that provides safe housing for Utah families facing divorce, domestic abuse, displacement, and housing crisis. Every dollar, item, and partnership listed here goes directly toward keeping a Utah family housed.
Whether it's a one-time gift, a piece of property, or a standing corporate partnership, there's a way to give that fits.
We process online donations through Zeffy, a platform built for nonprofits with no platform fees — every dollar you give reaches Utah families in crisis, not a processing fee.
Donate NowConstruction materials, contractor labor, furnishings, vehicles, and real property all directly extend our ability to house and repair for families in crisis.
Discuss an In-Kind GiftBusinesses and trade partners can sponsor a specific program, a repair project, or the foundation broadly — with recognition at every tier.
See Sponsor TiersBecause our founder is a licensed general contractor, in-kind gifts of materials, tools, and skilled labor go further here than at most nonprofits — we can put a donated load of lumber or a weekend of plumbing work directly to use on a family's home.
We also accept vehicle and real property donations, which can be liquidated or used directly to support housing placements, depending on the asset.
Your sponsorship directly funds emergency housing, home repairs, and safe transitions for Utah families in crisis. Every tier is recognized, and every dollar goes further because of our founder's construction background.
Every gift counts. Community Supporters ($50+), in-kind contributions, and corporate or trade partnerships are always welcome — reach out and we'll build a package that fits your goals.
Whether you're a business, a family, or a fellow organization, we'd love to talk about how your support can help Utah families find safe housing. Reach out and we'll follow up within one business day.
Treasured Housing Foundation is based in St. George, Utah and founded by Troy Moultrie, a licensed general contractor and Associate Broker with roughly 30 years in construction and HVAC.
That background isn't incidental to how we operate — it's why donated dollars go further here. A repair project gets scoped by someone who's built and remodeled homes for a living, not just written a check for a contractor's estimate. A property donation gets evaluated by someone who understands construction, permitting, and real estate value from the ground up.
The foundation is proudly sponsored by Treasured Properties PLLC and Treasured Properties Management PLLC — Troy's real estate and property management companies — which underwrite overhead so more of every gift reaches families directly.
